It is worth noting that the Ram Temple project was awarded the prestigious "Sword of Honour Award, which was announced by Nripendra Misra, chairperson of the Construction Committee of the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, on December 15, 2024. This award indicates that the highest level of safety controls have been in place throughout every phase of the construction process.
The "Sword of Honour" is among the most prestigious distinctions given from the British Safety Council in recognition of projects that comply with the strictest safety standards. The project must earn the five-star mark during an exhaustive audit and on-site evaluation to be eligible.
Other Safety Milestones
In addition to the Sword of Honour, the construction team headed by Larsen & Toubro had received earlier the 'Golden Award' from the National Safety Council for implementing an outstanding safety program at the site of temples.
