By using the Mr. Cabby Partner app, you agree to the terms below.

1. Account Creation

• Users must provide accurate details during registration.
   

• Accounts can be created as individuals or agencies.
   

• You are responsible for your account’s security.
   

2. Subscription

• Access to core features requires a subscription.
   

• Each plan comes with its own benefits and limits.
   

• Plans can be upgraded at any time.
   

• No refunds are offered for unused subscription time.
   

3. Lead and Booking Handling

• You may generate your own leads.
   

• You may claim available leads from other users (as per your plan).
   

• Bookings can be created from your own or claimed leads.
   

• Misuse of the platform (false leads, spamming) may result in account termination.
   

4. Usage Rules

• Do not engage in fraudulent activity.
   

• Do not attempt to access other users' data.
   

• Do not interfere with the app’s operations or misuse its permissions.
   

5. Notifications and Alerts

• You agree to receive notifications for activity, updates, and reminders.
   

• Notification preferences can be adjusted in device settings.
   

6. Termination

• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
   

• You may cancel your account at any time.
   

7. Changes to Terms

• Terms may be updated. Continued use means you accept the changes.
